Boom by the Bay
Starting at 3:30 p.m. (Sparkman Wharf), fireworks at 9:15 p.m.
Tampa Riverwalk

Family friendly activities, live entertainment and six firework displays along Tampa’s downtown waterfront. This event is free to the public.

Friends of the Riverwalk Boat Parade and Blessing of the Fleet
5 to 7 p.m.
Viewing locations along the Tampa Riverwalk

Friends of the Riverwalk hosts their inaugural boat parade. Boats will be decorated, pass through blessing stations, and compete for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the small/motorboat and large/sailboat competition. The most patriotic boat will also receive a prize. The parade will start at the southern tip of Harbour Island, travel the Riverwalk, turn around at Armature Works, pass by the eastern shores of Davis Islands and end at Sparkman Wharf. Fireworks will follow the parade in multiple locations.

Independence Day in The Heights Concert & Fireworks
5 to 11 p.m.

Celebrate Independence Day with a riverfront concert on the Armature Works pier and fireworks that will light up Downtown Tampa. This event is free to the public but also features exclusive 21+ VIP tickets for $75 that include special fireworks viewing on the pier, limited VIP seating and tables, a private bar and restroom, access to a hydration station and more.

Catch live music, patriotic performances and an extended fireworks show.

The Fourth Independence Day Celebration at St. Pete Pier
July 2 to July 4
Friday, 5 to 10 p.m.
Saturday, 12 to 10 p.m.
Sunday, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

A three-day event full of fun activities, including the first St. Pete Pier Run, silent disco, Gulp Coast Craft Beer Garden, food trucks and vendors, live music, a pie-eating contest, and much more.

Patriotic Picnic in the Park
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tarpon Springs

Bring the family to Craig Park for water slides, paddle boarding, lawn games, free hot dogs, live entertainment and more. Then, the firework show will begin at 8:30 p.m. and can also be viewed from Fred Howard Park.

Star Spangled Sparkman
3:30 to 9 p.m.
615 Channelside Drive

Fireworks, family friendly entertainment, games, dining specials and more. Also, a great waterfront view of Tampa’s fireworks.

Clearwater Celebrates America
7 to 9:15 p.m.
601 Old Coachman Road
Clearwater

This annual celebration will feature a concert with The Black Honkeys band, lots of activities and giveaways, plus all-American concessions. Tickets are $5.

Safety Harbor Fourth of July Parade
10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
200 Main St.
Safety Harbor

A patriotic parade in Downtown Safety Harbor with decorative floats and cars. Free family friendly event.

Freedom Fest
6 to 9:30 p.m.
705 Channelside Drive

Celebrate the Fourth aboard the American Victory ship for a fantastic view of the Tampa boat parade and fireworks. Includes adult drinks, food trucks, a kids zone, music, dancing, games and more. Tickets are required.

All American BBQ Festival
July 3
3 to 10 p.m.
4121 N 50th St.

10-plus of the best barbecue vendors in the Tampa Bay area compete against one another to earn your vote and those of the celebrity judges. This festival includes multiple vendors and businesses alongside cocktails, dancing, games, and plenty of food. Tickets are $15.
