Horror fans rejoice! The Nightmare on Franklin Street is back at The Tampa Theatre.

From October 16-31, the hair-raising historic landmark goes 100% Halloween with classic horror movies, guest stars, ghost tours, spine-chilling stage shows, spooky storytelling, family-friendly frights, and the return of SpiritsFest.

Explore the maze of Tampa Theatre’s backstage

We are most excited for SpiritsFest.

Tampa Theatre and Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey proudly present a terrifying evening of tasting and tales, SpiritsFest: “Backstage.”

Based on the success of last fall’s “virtual” SpiritsFest, and steeped in the same tradition as Tampa Theatre’s popular BeerFest and WineFest events, SpiritsFest: “Backstage” invites patrons to prowl never-before-seen corners of the majestic movie palace.

After entering through the Green Room, guests will wind their way through the maze of Tampa Theatre’s backstage spaces, regaled with tales of Tampa’s dead by Phantasmagoria’s skillful storytellers.

Each episode will be expertly paired with a creepy craft cocktail, and the evening will conclude with an “after-party” the lobby, featuring tricks, treats, snacks and a cash bar. Because remember: The more spirits you drink, the more spirits you see!
