Like most Tampa residents, Stephanie Swanz first encountered quesabirria tacos on Instagram. “I kept seeing these delicious tacos online and had to try some,” says Swanz, who owns Empamamas and the recently opened Muchachas at Armature Works. Flower Crown Kombucha Bar opening on Franklin Street

Franklin Street is full of local gems, and the newest announced addition is Flower Crown, a Kombucha Bar located at 1607 N Franklin Street. It’s set to be Tampa’s only Kombucha Bar and Taproom. Flower Crown will be housed inside the former Foundation Coffee Co. location, just down the block from Hidden Springs Ale Works and a short saunter from the Tampa Riverwalk.
