T&I Outage Advisory- Esri Mapping Server Outage

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing issues with the Esri mapping server. This will cause an issue for all City Esri users and all internal and external web mapping applications. A trouble ticket has been opened and we are actively working to resolve the problem. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
